The room I stayed in at Hills Hotel Lisboa was amazing! It had a balcony where I could enjoy the beautiful city views. The bed was comfortable, and the room had everything I needed, like a desk and a flat-screen TV. I also loved the air conditioning, which kept me cool during my stay. a fantastic room!
Personally, I found the soundproofing in the twin room a bit lacking. But hey, that's just my opinion.

We also loved that the hotel had storage for our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The location was really convenient, with easy access to bus and metro lines. And having a self-coffee machine in the room was a nice touch.
The AC unit was a bit noisy, but earplugs helped. , the water temperature fluctuated a bit, making it difficult to get a consistent temperature for drinking or brushing teeth.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to both the city center and the airport. This made it convenient for exploring the city and also for catching our flight back home. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any questions or requests we had. We were also pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms, which were well-maintained and had comfortable beds.
There were a few aspects of our stay that we didn't particularly enjoy. the air conditioning in our room was not working properly, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times.

I loved the modern and cozy design of the bedroom, including the wardrobe and the comfortable bed. The in-room Nespresso machine and the roomy bathroom were great. The hotel staff was wonderful, especially Rita at the front desk who was kind and helpful. An added bonus was the welcome drink at the rooftop bar. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the next metro station and the main attractions in this city.
Nothing negative to say.
